California Lemon Law - You Might Have A Gorgeous Car That's A Lemon, Unfortunately!

What a situation for the california lemon law this was! And although this seems strange, it is true. I witnessed it first hand and because of the law makers in California and a very good attorney who specialized in this law, this person got remunerated for all his time and trouble. Not being an attorney, all I can do is to relate to you the experience I saw regarding this car and how this couple took care of it. Mr. and Mrs. Jones (fictitious names) bought their beautiful, brand new Audi A-6. They couldnt wait to get in, bring it home and show their family what they bought. It was their dream car and they waited a long time to be able to afford it. They were blissful. They never heard of the California lemon law and they didnt have to. They were very happy with their car. Lets fast forward 9 months in the future. The Jones have had their beautiful Audi in the repair shop every other month from the first week they brought it home. So how did all this begin? Well, it should have begun by going to see a california lemon law attorney. Mr. Jones would go away on business for several days at a time. A week after bringing the Audi home, he left the car in the airport parking lot for 3 days. When he returned, the car started up but then died on him. That was the beginning of a relationship with that repair shop that he never figured he would have to have.

Let there be no doubt this is a beautiful car. I have only one issue with this car and its somewhat of a big one- its in the shop every 3 months. A few weeks after leasing this car I went to start it up at the airport after being gone a few days. It died. Took it in and Audi service found nothing wrong with it. Audi service looked at it again and tried to convince me that's the way these cars are. It continued to die and had to be taken in again. This time it was faulty fuel injectors which they replaced under warranty. More recently the gas gauge would fall from 1/4 tank to empty in a matter of seconds. I took it in again to find out it needed a new float in the tank and needed some software upgrades. No problem. Driving home I could smell a very strong odor of gas. This morning I walk into the garage to find my A-6 above an enormous puddle of gasoline. Ive had it with this thing.
